Hygienic and reusable face mask, Selmark Care collection.
Certified protective fabric with multiple protective properties. This mask is made in one piece, without cuts, to avoid irritation and infiltration. The mask has a metal piece in the nose for a better fit. Around the ears is a soft elastic band for comfort and an adjustable strap that allows you to adjust the size of the mask as you wish.
It can be washed up to 50 times, maintaining all its properties:
- breathability: improves the minimum breathability index according to UNE 0065:2020 ≤ 60 Pa/cm²;
- filtration: its level of filtration efficiency exceeds UNE 0065:2020 (BFE ≥ 90);
- hypoallergenic: prevents allergic reactions on the skin thanks to its composition including cotton of natural origin;
- splinter-proof: waterproof fabric that acts as a protective barrier against droplet impacts. It has passed the splash resistance test according to the UNE-14683 standard;
- antibacterial: its biocidal finish has passed the antibacterial activity tests according to the ISO 20743 standard. Its active substance reduces the bacterial load of the fabric by 99% in 1 hour;
- anti-microorganisms: acts against multiple fungi and micro-organisms passing the fungal activity tests (AATC THM30);
- odourless: avoids the permanence of odours in the fabric according to the ISO 17299 standard.
- variety of sizes: according to the characteristics of the face, there are 3 different sizes: S, M and L to avoid mask slippage and discomfort.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
So Mode recommends to refer to the care instructions indicated on the labels of each product.
Valid for all materials
- Wash at low temperature, preferably by hand.
- Do not use bleach. Use mild detergents (without "perborate").
- In case of machine washing, put the lingerie in a washing bas (sold on our site, reference 1010L).
- Do not "soak" prints or colors.
- Do not use dry machine.

What are the pyament methods offered?
So Mode accepts payments by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard), or bank transfer.
So Mode works with the PAYPLUG company (Banque Populaire). The ordering process as well as the access to your confidential data are secured and encrypted.
If your payment is refused while your account is normally supplied, we invite you to renew the operation. A wrong entry of one of the numbers of your card explains most of the time this refusal.

The item ordered is not the right size or does not fit? You want to be refunded?
You can return it within 30 days of your purchase. Your refund will be credited within 7 days of receipt and verification of your package, via the payment method you used when ordering.
How to return an item?
Contact us by email at service.client@so-mode.com. A pre-paid return label to print and stick on your return package will be sent to you by email, and then you will just have to drop the package at the post office.
Can I return an item for free from abroad?
At So Mode, you can benefit from a free return within France. To do so, you just have to follow the return procedure.
There is no prepaid label for international or DOM-TOM. You can return your items by your own means.
Upon receipt and verification of your package, you will be fully reimbursed for the items returned via the payment method used when you placed your order.
What are the conditions of return?
Each article must be returned in its entirety (protections, accessories, labels and notices included), in its original packing, the whole in perfect state, unworn and unwashed.
Reservoir Mode reserves the right to refuse an article if it bears traces of soiling, use or wear. In an obvious concern of hygiene, the underwear and clothing must not have been worn, nor washed.
Lingerie accessories as well as "sensitive" lingerie items are not accepted (e.g. tights and stockings, all lingerie and adhesive accessories...etc).

If you have disposed of the original carton, please ensure that it is properly wrapped.
Can I make an exchange?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Simply return the item(s) that you do not like. Then, once the amount has been refunded to your account, we invite you to place a new order on the site.
