Refined, contemporary design, aesthetics and timeless femininity are the key attributes of this collection. Soft elastic bands in a graphic pattern artistically designed using computer technology. The combination of smooth knit, lace bands, lace fabric and concealed tulle is made from pre-consumer recycled materials (recycling unsold fibres, fabrics, trimmings and 'new' garments to third parties). This technique saves water and energy resources and reduces CO2 and COD emissions. The materials combine elegance and precision, as complex patterns and textures are transferred onto different materials. For example, the discreet repetition of the graphic pattern also appears on the lace, straps and metal embellishments. These are practical pieces whose perfectly shaped edges mean they can be worn under tight-fitting clothes. Each piece of lingerie is designed to enhance the feminine figure while providing comfort and confidence. The lingerie is available in an alluring powder black, or an elegant beige that blends discreetly with skin colour and remains invisible even under a white shirt.

So Mode recommends to refer to the care instructions indicated on the labels of each product.
Valid for all materials
- Wash at low temperature, preferably by hand.
- Do not use bleach. Use mild detergents (without "perborate").
- In case of machine washing, put the lingerie in a washing bas (sold on our site, reference 1010L).
- Do not "soak" prints or colors.
- Do not use dry machine.

The item ordered is not the right size or does not fit? You want to be refunded?
You can return it within 30 days of your purchase. Your refund will be credited within 7 days of receipt and verification of your package, via the payment method you used when ordering.
How to return an item?
Contact us by email at service.client@so-mode.com. A pre-paid return label to print and stick on your return package will be sent to you by email, and then you will just have to drop the package at the post office.
Can I return an item for free from abroad?
At So Mode, you can benefit from a free return within France. To do so, you just have to follow the return procedure.
There is no prepaid label for international or DOM-TOM. You can return your items by your own means.
Upon receipt and verification of your package, you will be fully reimbursed for the items returned via the payment method used when you placed your order.
What are the conditions of return?
Each article must be returned in its entirety (protections, accessories, labels and notices included), in its original packing, the whole in perfect state, unworn and unwashed.
Reservoir Mode reserves the right to refuse an article if it bears traces of soiling, use or wear. In an obvious concern of hygiene, the underwear and clothing must not have been worn, nor washed.
Lingerie accessories as well as "sensitive" lingerie items are not accepted (e.g. tights and stockings, all lingerie and adhesive accessories...etc).

If you have disposed of the original carton, please ensure that it is properly wrapped.
Can I make an exchange?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Simply return the item(s) that you do not like. Then, once the amount has been refunded to your account, we invite you to place a new order on the site.
